Chicken and Rice soup

Ingredients
half a roasted Chicken1 large Can diced tomatoes3 stalks of celery 1 small onionchicken broth or bouillon1.5 cup White or brown rice
Directions
place chicken in pot with water and cook for about 1-2 hours until chicken falls off the bone. ( I like to use a roasted chicken that I cooked the day before) pick chicken off bones and then put back into to broth add veggies and simmer for 2 or more hours. you can add more chicken broth if desired and chicken bouillon for taste. after that simmers for a few hours, bring back up to a boil and add rice. cook until tender and serve!
