PJ's Vitamix Tortilla Soup

1 Roma tomato, cut in half1 large carrot (or handful of baby carrots)1 large stalk celery (cut in half)2 mushrooms1 clove garlic, peeled1 thick slice large sweet onion 1 slice yellow squash1/4 Red bell pepper2-3 cups water1 tsp. Blend It Up Southwest Spice Mix1 tsp. Better Than Bouillon Chicken Base, Reduced Sodium1/2 cup Bush's Best Black Beans, Reduced Sodium1/2 cup Delmonte Corn, Reduced Sodium1 handful Tortilla Chips (about 7)
1. Place first 11 ingredients into the Vitamix container and secure lid.
2. Select Variable Speed 1.
3. Turn machine on and quickly increase speed to Variable 10, then to High.
4. Blend for 5-6 minutes or until steam escapes from the vented lid.
5. Reduce speed to Variable 2. Remove the lid plug.
6. Drop in corn, beans and chips. Blend for an additional 10 seconds.
