Basil pizza

Ingredients
Dough:1/2 package yeast1/2 c water1 T oil1 1/4 c flour (I used spelt, could also use whole wheat)Topping:2 T basil infused oilBasil4 oz mozerella
Directions
Dough: mix yeast in warm water. Add flour and oil. Make into a ball and let rise in warm place for 15 min. Roll our with flour. Move to baking pan.

Bake dough 10 min (partially cooked)

Add topping: basil and cheese

Bake addl 15 min

Serving Size: Makes 1 8" pizza.
