Thai peanut dressing

2 cloves garlic2 Tablespoons soy souce2 Tablespoons vinegar2 Tablespoons sugar1 Tablespoon lime jiuce1 Tablespoon oil2 Tablespoons Hoisin Sauce1/4 cup peanut butter1/4 cup water
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend. Can keep in frig up to 5 days.
