Pita Pepperoni Pizza

Ingredients
2 whole wheat pita bread - sliced in half so you have 4 pizza dough-like pieces1 can (6 oz) tomato paste1 t. dried oregano1 t. dried basil1 t. dried thyme4 T. shredded Parmesan cheese2 oz Hormel Turkey Pepperoni Minis1/2 cup coarsely chopped mushrooms3/4 c, shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly spray a sheet pan with cooking spray. Place the pita breads on the sheet pan.
Combine the tomato paste and herbs in a separate bowl. Spread about 2 T. evenly onto each pita bread. Evenly divide the cheese between the four pitas. Evenly divide the pepperoni and mushrooms between the four pitas
Bake the pizzas for about 15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and begins to brown.
