Chocolate Banana Bread

Ingredients
2 Ripe Bananas, Mashed1/4 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt1 EggJuice From 1 Lemon Squeezed2 TBSP Ground Flaxseed3 TBSP Water1 1/4 Cup Whole Wheat Flour1/4 Cup Brown Sugar1/2 Cup Cocoa Powder, Unsweetened1/4 tsp Salt1/4 tsp Baking Soda1/4 Cup Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
Directions
Combine Flax and Water in a bowl and let sit for 3 minutes until it gels.

Mash bananas in a bowl.

Combine lemon juice, yogurt and egg. In a separate bowl combine the flour, sugar, salt and baking soda.
Mix all ingredient, except the chocolate chips, together in a large bowl and stir until moist. Add water if needed to moisten mixture if it is too dry.

Pour half of the batter into a greased 9x7 loaf pan. Sprinkle half of chocolate chips over batter. Cover with remaining batter. Sprinkle remaining half of chocolate chips on top of batter.

Bake at 350 for 25-35 minutes.
