Apple Bacon cole slaw

1/4 c. Cider vinegar1 c. mayo1/3 c. honey2 tsp kosher salt1/4 c pulp free orange juicejuice of 1/2 a lemon1 tsp black pepper1 tsp fennel seeds1 medium cabage, cored and shredded1/2 pack of bacon fried crispy, then crumbled1 bunch scallions finely chopped1/2 c. finely chopped parsely (optional)4 apples, shredded
Combine 1st 8 ingredients in a mason jar. Shake until combined. Best done if ingredients are at room temperature or the honey will be slow to disolve.
Combine the veggies, bacon and apples. Cover with dressing and toss to combine.
