3 Eggs.1 tbsp flour.1 tbsp olive oil.1 small onion.1 medium tomato.1 tbsp parsley.Salt.Black pepper.
1- Chop onions.
2- Cut the tomato into small pieces.
3- Heat the olive oil in a pan then add the onions and tomatoes and stir till onions are golden.
4- Beat the eggs, flour, salt, pepper, Parsley and cooked tomatoes and onions.
5- Cook the mixture in a pan on both sides for 4 min.
