Quinoa Salad (mexican version)

Ingredients
Quinoa, 1/4 cup dry, cooked 1 large tomatoGreen Bell Peppers, 1/2 cup, diced Cucumber (peeled), 1/2 cup, diced GOYA Chick Peas (Garbonzo Beans), 1/2 cup rinsedGuacamole (Spicy Wholy Guacamole), 1 snack pouchCilantro, raw, 4 tbspLime Juice, half lime
Directions
Cook 1/4 cup of dry Quinoa according to package. Cool.

Then mix Quinoa and remaining ingredients together. I would recommend mixing the lime juice and guacamole together before adding to the salad. This will help it from turning brown.

Serving Size: Makes 4, one cup servings.
