2 Eggs beaten1 Cup Milk Scalded1 Cup light cream Scalded1/2 Cup Sugar1/2 teaspoon cinnamon1/2 teaspoon Vanilla1 pinch of Nutmeg1 + 1/2 Cups of Cooked Rice1/3 Cup Raisins
Combine all ingredients in 2 qt. baking dish: Mix thoroughly. Place casserole (baking) dish in pan filled 1" deep with HOT water. Bake at 350 for 45 to 60 minutes. Or, when a knife is inserted halfway between center and edge of dish comes out clean.....Serve warm or cold as it is good either way
