Canadian Bacon Muffin Tin Omelette

Ingredients
Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 19 large*Hormel Fully Cooked Bacon (4 Slices), 2.5 serving Muffin Pan Omelette Base, 5.25 serving
Directions
Line two 12 slot muffin pans with paper liners. (I would also add a little spritz of olive oil spray) Add to each cup 1/4 c. of Muffin Pan Omelette Base to each tin. In a separate container whisk eggs add salt pepper to taste (I didn't use either) top each muffin tin with 1/4 c. egg mixture bake for 25-35 min.

Serving Size: Makes 19 half cup servings.
