1 Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain 1 c Heart Smart Bisquick (mix only1/4c Brown Sugar1/4c Truvia1 tbsp Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract, 3/4c Promise, Light Margarine, tub
Heat oven to 375* grease 8 X 8 pan
In large bowl mix oatmeal, Bisquick, brown sugar, and cinnamon .
cut in Promise with pastry cutter or by hand until well blended. add vanilla and blend well.
Divide dough in half, press 1/2 of dough in bottom of greased pan evenly.
bake 15 minutes. pour any fruit filling you desire over baked bottom half.
carefully pat rest of dough to over top of fruit filling.
bake 30 minutes. Cool to serve. cut into 12 equal squares.
