2 Medium Sized Bananas1 Cup of Fresh Starwberries, cut in halves0.5 Cup of Raspberries0.5 Cup of Blackberries1 Natural Yogurt, low fat, no sugar
Mix all the ingredients with a blender. Put de mixed ingredients on the freezer for about 20 minutes. Using an ice cream maker wait until the consistency is right (for me, about 45 minutes).
NOTE: I made my yogurt at home. It is made with skimmed milk, and an only 45 cal yogurt.
