1 cup Fat Free Mayonnaise (Miracle Whip)1 tbsp. Horseradish1 cup White or Rice Vinegar1 cup Splenda or favorite sweetener1 bag Cole Slaw Mix or 6 cups of chopped cabbage and one grated carrot1 small finely chopped onion
In small mixing bowl, combine vinegar and splenda, whip in mayo and horseradish.
Poor dressing over coleslaw mix and onion, mix, cover and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
