Low Gi Moose Meat Balls

5 ponds of Ground Moose3/4 cup of Egg beaters Egg whites2 cups of old fashioned oats1 cup skim milk3 tablespoons Epicure meatball/meatloaf spice2 tablespoons Epicure 3 onion dip mix (can use lipton's onion soup mix)*can use seasoning salt if wanted. I don't like salt so I never add it.
Mix all ingredients together and let sit for 20 mins (milk will soak into oats). Make meat into balls (I used smallest scooper from Pampered Chef). Place on baking sheet or stoneware and bake at 350 for 30 mins.
