Mama Hanna's Oat & Brown Rice Lavish Bread

Ingredients
1 cup oat flour1/4 cup brown rice flour1 medium potato peeled, boiled and mashed1 tsp. salt1 tsp. olive oil1 medium egg, lightly beaten3/4 to 1 cup hot water
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Cover and let rest an hour or more. Divide into twelve portions. Roll out on well floured (oat flour please) board. Heat a pan over medium-high flame. Loosen the dough from the board with a spatula and place the rolled-out dough in the dry, hot pan. Cook one or two minutes. Flip. Remove from pan and cover with foil. Repeat with remaining dough. After cooling, place in a sealed storage bad for an hour to make it more pliable.
