Low Fat Maryland Crab Dip

Ingredients
1 8 oz can of flaked blue crab1/2 cup reduced fat mayo1 brick fat free cream cheese, softened4 oz shredded reduced fat cheddarjuice from 1 lemon2 tbsp. garlic2 tbsp. Dijon mustard1 tsp ground mustard seed1 tbsp worcestshire sauce
Directions
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except the crab and mix well.
Fold blue crab in.
Transfer dip into a shallow pan
Bake on 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly and slightly brown on top
Serve with crackers or bread (not included in calorie information)
