Apple Cinnamon Refrigerator Oatmeal

Ingredients
1 cup Rolled Oats1 1/3 cups Soy Milk (or Skim Milk)1 cup Greek Yogurt - plain, non fat1 1/2 table spoons Chia Seeds1 table spoon Cinnamon1/4 cup Honey1 cup Applesauce, unsweetened1 oz Raisins
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Divide into 4 containers, cover and refrigerate. May be heated in the microwave if desired, but I prefer it cold!
