Broccoli Potato Soup

Ingredients
4 Potatoes, chopped1 Pkg. frozen broccoli2 Boneless skinless chicken breasts, Cubed1 Knorr Chicken Bullion Cube1 C low fat cheese6 C water1.5 Tbsp Pepper1 Tsp. Garlic1 Dash Salt
Directions
Put water into a pot and bring to boil. Add Chicken pieces boil chicken until almost cooked through. Add potatoes, broccoli, salt, pepper, garlic, and bullion cube. Cook until thickened, add cheese and milk. Stir until cheese is melted in.
Makes 8-10 servings (Nutritional info is for 8)

    This was really good. I didn't know how much milk to add so I just guessed on that. Also, I only used 3/4 Tbsp of pepper, but next time I will probably reduce that even further to 1/2 Tbsp. I added sliced mushrooms as well. An easy, versatle soup that went well with a crusty bread I made. :) - 4/6/08
