Crockpot BBQ pulled pork

Ingredients
1 boneless pork tenderloin or boneless pork loin 1 can Diet Coke or other zero-calorie dark cola 1 c ketchup 1 chopped onion 1 tsp garlic powder Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Combine all ingredients but the pork. Place the pork in the crockpot and cover with remaining ingredients. Cook on low for 10-11 hours. Shred the pork and enjoy

    I made this with half the ketchup and I added this fantastic blackberry wine bbq sauce at the end-only 2 tablespoons for the entire pork loin and it was wonderful. We had the bbq last night and we're having it on a big salad today for lunch. thanks for this recipe - 7/5/08
