Crumbly Hamburger & Rice

Ingredients
1 lb Extra Lean Hamburger 1 Small Onion Chopped (about 1 cup)1 1/2 cup cooked minute Rice1 can whole sweet corn (drained)1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce1/2 cup Chopped Tomato (seeds removed)1/4 cup melted butter/margarine1 cup crushed crackers (ritz or similar)
Directions
Brown Hamburger in skillet with the onion. (drian if necessary).
Add Cooked rice, Worcestershire sauce, and corn. Mix together in skillet.
Fold in the chopped tomato and then transfer to a 9 x 13 (lightly greased) casserole dish.
Mix the melted butter and Crushed Crackers - and spread over the top.
Bake at 350 for 30 min.

TIP: Make crushing the crackers easy - put a few at a time in a baggie and use a rolling pin to crush. - no big chunks and easy clean up!

Serving Suggestion:
Great wrapped up in a soft warm tortilla!

    This was very good. Not too complicated. The best part is definately the crackers on top. I would use more than 1 cup of cracker though since it barely covered the top of the dish. - 4/3/08
