Low carb Kahlua protein shake

Ingredients
1 cup of water2 cups of ice1.5 tbsp of heavy cream3 tbsp of sugar free kahlua DaVinci syrup1 1/4 scoops of whey protein powder(I use body fortress from walmart)
Directions
1 large serving. Low carb/ low sugar. Take all ingredient and blend together in a blender. Add cinnimon if you would like. Enjoy!
