Brussels Sprouts with Sour Cream Sauce

2 cups fresh or frozen brussels sprouts1/4 cup chopped onion (about 1/4 onion)1 teaspoon grapeseed oil1 tablespoon all-purpose flour1 teaspoon brown sugarDash salt˝ teaspoon ground mustard ˝ cup nonfat milk˝ cup nonfat sour cream
Bring about 1 inch of water to boil in a medium saucepan. Add Brussels sprouts, reduce heat to a simmer; cover and cook for 8-10 minutes or just until they lose the bright green.
Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, sauté onion in grapeseed oil until tender. Stir in flour, brown sugar, salt and mustard powder until blended. Gradually stir in milk, bring to a boil; allow to boil for 1 minute. Reduce heat, stir in sour cream, and turn off heat.
Drain cooked sprouts. Serve with sauce drizzled over them.
