Mediterranean Broccoli Salad

Ingredients
10 oz package frozen broccoli florets1 finely minced garlic clove4 tablespoons olive oil½ cup roasted red peppers (in a jar)2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar3 oz. reduced fat feta cheese
Directions
Bring about 1 inch water to a boil.
Meanwhile, assemble the dressing ingredients.
Steam the broccoli until tender and just starting to lose the bright green tint, about 7 minutes.
While broccoli is cooking, combine garlic, vinegar, oil, salt and pepper to taste in a jar or small bowl.
Run broccoli under cold water, drain.
Toss broccoli with dressing ingredients; sprinkle the red peppers and feta cheese on top.
