Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients
11/2 Cups Whole Wheat Flour1 Cup all purpose Flour2 teaspoons baking powder1 teaspoon baking soda1 Cup unsweetened applesauce1 Cup Stevia1/2 Cup egg substitute2 Cups pumpkin puree2 Tablespoons unsweetened almond milk1 teaspoon vanilla extract1 Teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Pour into a greased bread pan or lined cupcake pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes. Check at 45 minutes with toothpick in center to see if the bread is cooked through. Repeat every 5 to 6 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
