Pie crust top for pot pies

Ingredients
1 c wheat flour (king Author White Wheat dash salt1 pk Trivia2 tbs organic cream cheese1 oz ice wateregg white
Directions
mix together dry ingredients, cut in cream cheese until crumb stage. Slow add ice water while mixing until dough forms. Roll out and place over pie or cut in strips for lattice top. brush with egg white.

Serving Size: Makes on pie crust.
