Ingredients
2 lb roast200 grams baby carrots2 turnips cubed1 bell pepper sliced1 medium onion quartered3 stalks celery cut up in 3 in peices1 cup beef broth
Directions
Brown roast on both sides then put all ingredients into crockpot and cook on low for 6 hours.
