Ingredients
Onions, raw, 3 large Lentils, 3 cup Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp *all spice, ground, .5 tsp Brown rice (1 cup cooked),
Directions
Chop onions and sauté in pan
Cook lentils (5 cups water and 1 3/4 cup lentils, add cinnamon and all spice during last 20 minutes of cooking)
Cook brown rice
Mix cooked lentils and rice with carmelized onions.
