Indonesian Grilled Swordfish

Ingredients
2 8-oz. swordfish steaks1 tblsp. soy sauce2 tsp. canola oiljuice and zest from half a lemon1 tsp. minced ginger root1 garlic clove, minced1 tblsp. whole grain mustard1.2 tsp. lemon-pepper seasoning
Directions
place swordfish in large zip bag. mix together the rest of the ingredients in a bowl, then pour over the swordfish. seal bag, place in refrigerator, and marinate for 3-4 hours, turning once. prepare your grill, spraying the surface with PAM. cook the fish on medium (gray ash coals) for 7 minutes on each side, basting with remaining marinade.
