Flatbread Calzone

Ingredients
4 Flatout flatbreads1 Cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese4 oz turkey pepperoni1 cup marinara/pasta sauce
Directions
Top one half of each flatbread with 1/4 of the cheese and pepperoni. Roll up like a jellyroll. Place each in a panini press or contact grill for about 5 minutes. Alternately, you can bake these in the oven at 400 for 12- 15 minutes. Use the marinara for a dipping sauce.
