Italian Baked Chicken Breasts

Ingredients
1 boneless, skinless chicken breast cut in half & pounded 1 egg white1/3 cup bread crumbs1/4 tsp garlic salt1/4 tsp garlic powder1 tsp parsley1 tbsp balsamic vinegarsaltpepperbutter flavored cooking spray
Directions
Spray a glass baking dish with cooking spray.
Beat together egg white & balsamic vinegar in one shallow bowl.
Combine bread crumbs, parsley, garlic salt and garlic powder in another shallow bowl.
Dip chicken breast in wet mixture, then into dry mixture, add to pan.
Sprinkle chicken breasts with salt & pepper, to taste.
Spray with cooking spray (if desired)
Bake on 375 for 20-25 minutes, until juice runs clear.
