Barbecue Pulled Chicken -- Slow Cooker

Ingredients
I cup tomato sauce1 cup kidney beans2 TBSP brown sugar3 TBSP cider vinegar1 TBSP smoked OR sweet paprika1 TBSP worcestershire 2 tsp dried mustard1 tsp chipotle pepper (dried)I small onion chopped2 cloves of garlic chopped3 - 4oz skinless chicken breasts
Directions
1. Pan sear chicken breast on high heat to get crust -- about 3 minutes/side. Dont cook through.
2. Mix remaining ingredients together and put in the bottom of slow cooker.
3. Nestle in seared chicken
4. Cover and cook for 6 hours
5. Remove chicken, shred and put back into cooker to warm through. Serve.
