160 grams Cabbage, , fresh, chopped up 160 grams Cauliflower, raw, chopped 160 grams Broccoli, fresh, chopped 144 gram Courgette, chopped16 grams Onion Rings, chopped160 grams Carrots, raw, chopped1 Knorr Stock Pot Chicken2 Knorr Stock Pots Veg3 Pints Hot Water
METHOD
1st/ Put Water on to Boil
Throw all veg( apart from cabbage) in the 3 Pints of hot water with stock cubes added and dissolved , simmer for 30mins.
Add Cabbage simmer a further 10 mins
