Pumpkin Pie Croissants

Ingredients
2 containers reduced fat crescent rolls4 oz fat free cream cheese1 cup no salt added pumpkin4 1/2 Tbsp pumpkin pie spice4 Tbsp Splenda2 Tbsp sugar
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly spray a baking pan with cooking spray and set aside.

2. Open the crescent rolls and seperate along the perforated lines. Using a rolling pin, thin each one out a bit and cut in half legthwise to create two equal sized pieces.

3. In the bowl of a stand mixer, combine the pumpkin, cream cheese, 1 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice, 2 Tbsp Splenda and 1 Tbsp sugar and beat until fluffy.

4. Spread 1 Tbsp filling along the crescent roll and roll it up. Repeat until all filling and dough has been used.

5. In a shallow dish, combine 2 Tbsp Splenda, 1 Tbsp sugar and 1 Tbsp pumpkin pie spice and stir to mix. Roll each croissant in this mixture to coat.

6. Bake for 15 - 18 minutes.
