Muffin Tin Crab Cakes

Ingredients
1 lb crab meat3 sl whole wheat bread, fresh crumbs1 egg white2 eggs3 scallions, chopped1/2 red bell pepper, chopped1/4 C low fat MayoSaltPepper1/2 t celery salt12 drops hot pepper sauce (optional)
Directions
Combine all ingredients. Drop into well greased muffin tins. Bake 40 min at 450 degrees.
