Ingredients
*Healthy Harvest Heart Healthy Penne, 12 oz *Cherry Tomatoes 2lbs Cheese--Philadelphia Cream Cheese 1/3 less fat, 6 oz Spinach, fresh, 8 oz Garlic, 6 clove *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 4 tbsp Kalamata, Green Olives, pitted, 3 oz *crushed red pepper, 1 tsp Basil, 10 leaves

Instructions

Preheat broiler. Broil tomatoes and garlic on a foil-lined rimmed baking sheet 4 minutes.
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain, reserving ⅓ cup pasta water.
Heat oil in a large skillet; saut� spinach 1 minute. Add reserved pasta water, cheese, and red pepper; cook until cheese melts. Add tomato mixture, pasta, olives, and salt; toss with basil before serving
