Back From the Dead Chicken Noodle Soup

Ingredients
Add 2 tsp olive oil to large sauce pan on medium heat. Add 1/2 cup chopped onion & 2 cloves garlic minced fine to oil. Sauté till onion is clear. Add 8 oz chicken breasts chopped into 1 inch pieces. Add 6 cups of water to pan & turn heat to high. Add 1 tsp basil, 1Tbs parsley, 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper (or more), & 1 chicken bouillon cube. (Chop cube to make it dissolve faster). Stir with wooden spoon. Add 4 oz whole grain pasta (if you are making this for 2; see Tips about single servings). Cook until al dente. Get better soon!
Directions
A large sauce pan, a good knife & cutting board and a stirring spoon are needed.

Sauté the chopped onion & garlic in the olive oil over medium heat. Add precooked chicken breast. Add water & turn up heat to high. Add all other ingredients & cook till pasta is al dente.

Serving Size: Makes 2 very large & filling servings.
