Christina's Low Carb Cheesy Italian Meatloaf

Ingredients
Meatloaf:2 pounds lean ground beef1 TBSP prepared mustard2 tsp paprika1.5 tsp salt1.5 tsp thyme1.5 tsp basil1 tsp black pepper1 tsp garlic powder1 tsp onion powder1/4 cup panko bread crumbs4 oz. fresh mozzarellaSauce2 8oz cans tomato sauce1 6oz can tomato paste1 tsp minced garlic6 drops liquid sucralose1 tsp oregano1 tsp basil
Directions
For the meatloaf, combine all ingredients except mozzarella and mix well.

Use a 1 qt. square casserole dish. Place half the meat mixture in the bottom of the dish. Spread the sliced mozzarella over the meat mixture, then put the remaining meat mixture on top. Bake at 375 degrees for one hour.

For the sauce, mix all ingredients in a sauce pan and simmer for 15 minutes.

Slice meatloaf into 10 pieces, and serve the sauce on the side for everyone to top their own meatloaf.
