Ingredients
Perdue, Lean Ground Turkey, 16 oz BBQ Sauce - Kraft Original, 1 tbspFrench's Worchestershire Sauce, 2 tspHot Pepper Relish, 1 tbsp ground corriander, .5 tbsp Frank's Hot Sauce, 1 tsp Pepper, black, 1 dash Thyme, fresh, 1 tsp
Directions
-gently mix spices into ground turkey.
-allow to marinade for 1/2 hour
-grill
-turn when juices just start
-remove while still soft, juices just barely show on top
-grilled turkey doesn't brown, it reddens
