100g soaked dried apricots100 grams almond meal or almonds30g sultanas30g rolled oats50g dates50g dried figs50g dried appleSesame seeds, linseeds or coconut, to coat.You can use any combination of dried fruit/nuts in addition to the almond meal and apricots
Purée almond meal and drained apricots in food processor. Then add all other ingredients and process until desired texture (smooth - chunky). Finally, roll into small balls of about 2 tsps of the mixture each and coat in sesame seeds, linseeds or coconut.
