1 can rinsed, drained garbanzo beans1T olive oilapprox 1/2 t saltcumin, garlic powder, onion powder, etc. to season
Preheat oven to 400. Pat garbanzo beans dry with paper towel. You can remove the loose 'skins' if you'd like, but it's not necessary. Toss beans with 1 T olive oil in a bowl, then spread on nonstick baking sheet. Bake approximately 40 minutes at 400, stirring occasionally. Beans are done when they are just dry in the center. If they brown, they will become dry. Toss with seasonings last 5 minutes of baking, or after removing them from the oven. Cool on pan, then store in an airtight container.
