Tuna curry and noodles

Ingredients
Half an onion, chopped however1 cup of carrots, chopped into batons1 pack value noodles (with or without sachet)1 tin of tuna 200g odd1 big tbsp curry sauce concentrateI also add whatever veg is in the fridge, e.g. green beans, cabbage, cauliflower
Directions
Fill medium saucepan about 1/4 with water and start to boil. While it does so, slice carrots and add, then same for onions. Boil for about 5 mins, then add noodles. After about 3 mins add tuna (drained) and stir about. A couple of mins after that, stir in the curry sauce concentrate, cover with lid and switch off heat. Leave for a couple more minutes, then serve.

Serving Size: serves one comfortably, but two at a push if you add more veg
