1/2 cup egg substitute1 medium egg1/2 cup 1% milk4 slices cooked bacon1 can mushrooms1/8 cup flour1/8 cup chopped cooked onions1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese1 deep dish frozen pie shell 9"
Preheat oven to 350 degree. Slightly precook pie shell. Mix egg, egg substitute, milk, and flour together. Line bottom of pie shell with bacon, mushrooms (drained), cooked onions, and cheddar cheese. Pour egg and milk mixture into prepared pie shell. Bake approximately 40 minutes or until inserted knife comes out clean. (oven cooking times may vary) Let set 5 - 10 minutes before serving.
