Heat 3 tbsp of sunflower oil
slightly beat the eggs and egg whites together
When the oil is hot add the egg mixture
brown on one side
cut the mixture in half when it is firm
flip the mixture when it is is firm
brown on the other side
cut the halves in half
This will make four servings
