Pork and Pintos (+ Chicken)

Ingredients
2 cups pinto beans4-pack bratwurst2 chicken breastSalt and PepperLouisiana Hot Sauce (optional)
Directions
Soak pinto beans in 6 cups water for 4-6 hours.
Place chicken and bratwurst in bowl with carbonated water and let soak for 45 minutes. Drain.
Remove brats from casing and chop into chunks. Chop chicken into chunks.
Combine beans, brats, and chicken in stew pot and add salt and pepper to taste. Add Louisiana Hot Sauce to taste.
Cook on low heat for 3 hours, or until pinto beans are soft.


Serving Size: Makes 1 stew pot's worth, or 6 medium bowls
