Chicken Parmesan

Ingredients
1 Skinless Chicken Breast1 Cup Tomato and Basil Spaghetti Sauce2 oz Thin Whole Wheat Spaghetti1 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese
Directions
Bake 1 Chicken Breast until fully cooked. (I like to place mine in a small skillet and cook with water until juice in center is clear and then pour out water) Once cooked, add 1/2 cup sauce to pan and heat until sauce is warm.

Boil Spaghetti noodles as directed on box

Heat remaining 1/2 cup of sauce to go on top of spaghtetti noodles

Garnish with Parmesan cheese
