Mexican slow cooker chicken

Ingredients
1 jar salsa1 can black beans, drained1 chopped onion1 chopped green pepper1 cup frozen corn1 lb frozen boneless skinless chicken breasts8 oz cream cheese
Directions
put beans, onion pepper and corn in crockpot. Put frozen chicken on top, season with pepper, cumin, garlic and cilantro. Top with salsa. Cook 6-8 hours on low. When done, put in creams cheese and stir until melted.
Serve over brown rice, with tortillas if desired (can add green onions, hot sauce, cheddar cheese, guacamole...)
