1 Low Carb Whole Wheat Tortilla, Nature's choice2 Tablespoons, Guiltless Gourmet, or other Spicy Black Bean dip1/4 California Haas Avocado, Sliced.1/2 cup finely shredded Iceberg or Romaine Lettuce2 Tablespoons Plain Non-Fat Yogurt Tabasco Sauce if desired.Sometimes i use alfalfa sprouts instead of lettuce and either way is very tasty.

Warm up the tortilla, in the microwave for about 40 seconds so it will be pliable and will wrap easier.
Smear the tortilla with the black bean dip. Top with the avocado, lettuce and yogurt.
Fold in the sides and then roll up from the bottom into a burrito or wrap shape.
