Pumpkin muffins

Ingredients
1 29oz can 100% pure pumpkin2 boxes of cake mix3 tsp vanilla
Directions
Mix together pumpkin and cake mix, add a little vanilla once it is mixed to thin just a tad, it will be VERY thick but that is okay. Do NOT over mix, do not over bake. Follow instructions on cake box to bake; 350 for appx 20 mins or so. Spray muffin wrappers or empty muffin cups (pan) with non-stick spray to ensure easy removal.

Serving Size: makes roughly 40 cupcakes
