Chocolate-Pear Blondies

3 cups cooked chickpeas1/4 cup flour1/4 cup ground flax seed1 tbsp baking powder3/4 tsp baking soda1/4 tsp salt1 tsp vanilla extract1/4 cup apple sauce1/4 cup peanut butter (PB2, ideally)1/2 cup sugar1/4 cup maple syrup (optional)1/4 almond milk 1/3 cup chocolate chips2-3 medium pears, peeled and diced
Preheat the oven to 350 F and oil a 8 x 12 baking pan. In a food processor or blender, blend everything, except chocolate chips and diced pears, until smooth. Add the chips and the pear, mix well and place in the baking pan and cook for 40 minutes.
